1 Introduction

Welcome to main55. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and main55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the main55 website at https://main55.asia, together with all sub-pages, features, services, and content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

main55 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international gaming regulations. Our services are intended exclusively for players aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly permit minors or legally excluded persons to register or maintain accounts on the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of main55 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while the Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement. main55 operates a strict 21-and-above policy in accordance with internationally accepted responsible operator standards.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from main55 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of main55, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, usernames, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account details whenever any of this information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. main55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

main55 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our obligations under applicable regulations. KYC verification may be requested at any time, but is typically triggered prior to processing a withdrawal request, when a transaction threshold is reached, or at our reasonable discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming the registered e-wallet or bank account name matches the Account holder).

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to our satisfaction. main55 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where KYC requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

main55 supports deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC, USDT, and ETH are also accepted. Deposit processing times vary by method — e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly, while FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes.

Minimum deposit amounts are method-specific, with a general minimum of RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow transfers and RM50 for FPX and bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. main55 reserves the right to amend payment method availability and processing limits without prior notice.

All funds deposited into a main55 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. main55 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit and verified as belonging to the Account holder. main55 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet channels during operational hours, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are RM50 unless otherwise specified. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and will be communicated during the withdrawal process. Withdrawals that trigger KYC review will be held pending submission of satisfactory documentation.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the main55 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any associated conversion costs are the responsibility of the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

main55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Players must complete the stated rollover within the bonus validity window or the Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active on an Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is MYR 50 unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings without notice.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots: 100% of wagered amount counts towards rollover.
• Sports Betting: 100% (single and accumulator bets, minimum odds of 1.50 per selection).
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo): 10–20% depending on the game.
• Lottery & Arcade Games: 50%.
• Crash Games: 50%.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

main55 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Practices including, but not limited to, the following constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome or new-player promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonus structures (syndicate abuse).
• Using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine risk (e.g., matched betting using bonus funds).
• Providing false personal information during registration to qualify for new-player offers.

6.5 Maximum Cash-out from Bonus

Certain promotions carry a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This limit will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Where a maximum cash-out applies, any winnings from Bonus Funds exceeding that cap will not be transferable to the real-money balance and will be removed upon bonus completion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through main55 are subject to the applicable game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• A bet is binding upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been accepted by the Platform.
• main55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect, or arising from a technical malfunction of the Platform. Players will be notified and the stake returned where a void is applied.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia results, or the UFC for mixed martial arts events) will be treated as final.
• main55 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all casino and slot games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform or by any Player.
• Live casino games streamed from professional studios are conducted by trained human dealers. The video feed displayed to Players is the authoritative record of game play.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the point of placing a bet or spinning a game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the main55 Platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform to place bets, claim bonuses, or extract data.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to our team immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments.
• Participating in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using main55 for any financial crime purpose.
• Sharing Account login credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Attempting to collude with other players, dealers, or Platform staff for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward main55 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Creating or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, or re-registering after an Account has been closed by main55.

9 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the main55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game titles, and the overall Platform design — is the exclusive property of main55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from main55.
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on Platform content.
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices appearing on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, main55 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of betting funds resulting from any of the following:

• Technical failures, downtime, server errors, or interruptions in Platform availability beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the policies or technical limitations of third-party payment providers (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, FPX, and others).
• Loss of Account access due to a Player's failure to maintain adequate Account security.
• Natural disasters, acts of government, regulatory changes, or other force majeure events.

main55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that Player in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts closed with an active Bonus Fund balance will have the Bonus Funds forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by main55

main55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age.
• Account activity that suggests money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party responsible gambling authority.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements that necessitate restriction of the Player's account.

Where an Account is closed due to verified fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms, main55 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. If no fraud or breach is confirmed, real-money balances will be returned through the appropriate channels.

12 Responsible Gambling

main55 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment. We believe that sustainable gambling depends on Players remaining in full control of their activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total value of deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts at Player-defined intervals (30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play).
• Cool-off Periods: Temporary suspension of betting and deposits for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period and are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: On-session summaries of net win/loss to support informed decision-making.

13 Privacy & Data

main55 collects only the personal data reasonably necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. All data is held in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which main55 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to main55's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, Players retain any rights they may have under applicable consumer protection laws in their country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.

15 Amendments to These Terms

main55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform or, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
